Billie Preston is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and approved Victims Services Counsellor (NSW and ACT)

Billie is trained in evidence-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and works from a trauma-informed framework. Billie enjoys offering clients practical, skills-based strategies as well as "talking therapy." She has a special interest in delivering DBT to people with emotional dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, and people who engage in self harming behaviours.
Billie previously worked for Western Sydney University as a Clinical Supervisor and continues to offer Clinical Supervision services to Social Workers and other professionals.
