Billie Preston is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and approved Victims Services Counsellor.
As a Social Worker, Billie applies a holistic approach, considering the person within their entire psycho-social system rather than seeing the person as the "problem". Billie encourages a therapeutic relationship based on collaboration and partnership rather than being the “expert”

Billie is trained in evidence-based psychological interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy and works from a trauma-informed framework. Billie enjoys offering clients practical, skills-based strategies as well as "talking therapy."
